The team

The executive team consists of our senior leadership team who are responsbile for the continued smooth operation of the firm to ensure continued success. 

The opportunity

As our operations coordinator, you will develop and maintain report dashboards that reflect the progress of the business, used by all key executives and investors.  You will be the right hand to the COO, supporting key decisions in the business with data.

Duties will include:

  • Deliver fee earners forecasts to identify opportunities and red flags
  • Assist the COO on board pack and management presentations
  • Analyse operational data, providing the COO with a concise summary, allowing informed decisions to be made
  • Weekly data assessments on how the business is tracking against budget
  • Complete assessments of how our SLA and KPIs are being met across the business
  • Create and manage a programme tracker of operational improvement programmes throughout the business.
Who we are looking for
  • To be eligible to apply, you should be studying business or economics, or any STEM-related subject
  • You must be able to start immediately, so you must have already graduated by May 2025.
